Orders will either be shipped by USPS or UPS within 48 hours of the time the order is placed.
We will exchange your item or refund your money within thirty days if your item is unused and in the same condition and packaging as sent to you. Just contact our customer care department at +1 (530) 589-5889, or email us at , within thirty days of receiving your order.
You must obtain a return shipping/authorization number from us before returning your item. Repack the item in its original shipping wrap and box, including the authorization number and any packing slip, and ship prepaid via UPS or insured parcel post in case the item becomes lost or damaged in transit. Insightful Runes is not responsible for lost, undocumented returns or exchanges.
If your item has been damaged, contact us by fax at +1 (530) 589-5889, or email us at , within five days of receiving your order. If the item has been shipped UPS or via other freight carrier, be sure to contact the shipper to report any damage. You will need to file a damage report. Prior to returning any item, you must obtain a return shipping/authorization number from us. In the event of damage during original shipment, Insightful Runes will refund your shipping costs.
Insightful Runes does not accept returns or exchanges by COD.
